Had my simplicity mower picked up to have the drive belt changed and blades sharpened, and checked over they did things without calling me. They changed my battery that there was nothing wrong with I had just checked it with a battery load tester at work it was less than 2 years old. Practically had a full charge after sitting all winter. I am not very happy at all with the service or the customer service. They had my tractor for over a week and it runs just about the same as it did when it left. They told me it would be around $350. And it was actually $618. Plus a fee to use the credit card. Which came to almost $650. I have a 4 gallon gas tank that had over a half a tank of gas in it and when it returned it hardly had any gas at all in it. They replaced the battery which did not need replaced. Dropped off my pressure washer. No start. Had it for a week. Got it back, no start. Took it back. Finally got it fixed. Would not recommend them at all. Very rude, poor explanation of problem
