Dr. C Blackwood should not be allowed to continue to practice with his assistant Hannah and his horrible PA Yasmeen Bierwirth. I had my first knee replaced with Dr. Rector and his amazing PA who have retired. Hannah and Yasmeen are both new and completely incompetent.
