In 2001 we started our search for a custom home builder in the St. George. The first two responses from friends I knew in the area recommended Carey with C. Blake Homes. The rest is history. I had the opportunity to work onsite with my previous home builders but did not have that same opportunity with Carey during the Covid era as we were residing in northern Utah. un...don't walk away from C. Blake Construction. This has been my worst experience and nightmare beyond any ever experienced. Carey and crew are unethical and dishonest. In addition beware of their subcontractor Tristain Nicholson of Nicholson Tile. They have jerked me around since Feb. only to find out today they are not even going to do the job in spite of months of conversations and promises.
