I have so much gratitude for Mr. Bayly. I have used him on three separate occasions and have custody of my boys. The court has respect for him and so did the judge. If you are a person going for custody and you need an absolute win Mr. Bayly and his staff are the best period. He has spent so much extra time on all of the details and it made all of the difference.

I acquired Mr. Miller 2 weeks before my trial. He agreed to represent me in trial if he could get a continuance of my trial due to him being on vacation during the trial dates. He charged me for 4 hours worth of his time to spend 30 minutes drafting a declaration and 15 minutes in court as the other party did not dispute his request. I never met with Mr. Miller regarding my case after this. He canceled every appointment we had ever set as my trial was months away.
