My wife and I are truly honored to write this review for Mr. Miller. He has been a true blessing since he first took our family custody case. He was willing to travel to a completely different county and help bring our family back together, he was a true professional inside and outside of the court room, but what most surprised us!was how invested he was in helping us get our son back, we will always be grateful to Mr. Miller.

I acquired Mr. Miller 2 weeks before my trial. He agreed to represent me in trial if he could get a continuance of my trial due to him being on vacation during the trial dates. He charged me for 4 hours worth of his time to spend 30 minutes drafting a declaration and 15 minutes in court as the other party did not dispute his request. I never met with Mr. Miller regarding my case after this. He canceled every appointment we had ever set as my trial was months away. I am very proud to have Bayly Miller as my Attorney and even though our case is closed we will be keeping Bayly as our family attorney for sure. If your looking good legal representation, you won't find it here. A Lawyer should scour the law books to provide an excellent defense for his/her client, Bayly is not even in the conversation. I hired this incompetent, glorified paralegal, which was a huge mistake. This guy will look for ways to make money off your pain and will make a bad situation worse.
