Really appreciate CBX Electrical coming out so quickly on a Saturday to help get my washer/dryer up and running. Very honest, walked us through all our options, very respectful and kind. Will definitely call again if we need any other electrical help. Thank you!
Mr. Chuck was great! We lost power due to the huge storm this weekend, but he came the next day. He tried to walk us through some troubleshooting over the phone, but we needed an actual tech to look at the issue. He was very thorough in checking for any electrical issues and gave good advice as to who we could contact to fix the remaining issues. He was kind and very helpful. We'll definitely call him again!
Mr. Chuck provided quick, knowledgeable and professional service! During a storm over one weekend my home received a power surge that fried an outside outlet. All other electricians were closed and Mr. Chuck himself was very busy. The fire department had turned off all the power in my home and Mr. Chuck walked me through pinpointing the exact breaker switch with an issue to get my power back up and running until he could get here later that evening! I called CBX Electrical Service and spoke with Chuck for a blown breaker I had that needed to be replaced. He was very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. He came out assessed our issue and gave us a quote to replace breaker which was very reasonable. We allowed him to replace the breaker and found that we had to upgrade based on his assessment. Once he completed the job we have not had any issues. I have him listed in our directory as the preferred Electrician.
I reached out to Mr. Chuck after my grandma's dryer caught on fire. He changed the outlet to the dryer and tightened the breakers. Mr. Chuck did an exceptional job. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. I would be calling CBX for any other electrical services I may have.
