I called CBX Electrical to come take a look at an issue I was having with my kitchen lights. I described the problem to him on the phone and we talked a bit about what may be the problem, as he wanted to see if he could guide me to a solution without me having to spend my money. Mr. Chuck was great! We lost power due to the huge storm this weekend, but he came the next day. He tried to walk us through some troubleshooting over the phone, but we needed an actual tech to look at the issue. He was very thorough in checking for any electrical issues and gave good advice as to who we could contact to fix the remaining issues. He was kind and very helpful. We'll definitely call him again!

Mr. Chuck provided quick, knowledgeable and professional service! During a storm over one weekend my home received a power surge that fried an outside outlet. All other electricians were closed and Mr. Chuck himself was very busy. The fire department had turned off all the power in my home and Mr. Chuck walked me through pinpointing the exact breaker switch with an issue to get my power back up and running until he could get here later that evening!
