I called CBX Electrical to come take a look at an issue I was having with my kitchen lights. I described the problem to him on the phone and we talked a bit about what may be the problem, as he wanted to see if he could guide me to a solution without me having to spend my money. Mr. Chuck was great! We lost power due to the huge storm this weekend, but he came the next day. He tried to walk us through some troubleshooting over the phone, but we needed an actual tech to look at the issue. He was very thorough in checking for any electrical issues and gave good advice as to who we could contact to fix the remaining issues. He was kind and very helpful. We'll definitely call him again!

I called CBX Electrical Service and spoke with Chuck for a blown breaker I had that needed to be replaced. He was very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. He came out assessed our issue and gave us a quote to replace breaker which was very reasonable. We allowed him to replace the breaker and found that we had to upgrade based on his assessment. Once he completed the job we have not had any issues. I have him listed in our directory as the preferred Electrician.

Absolutely the best. I had an issue with the power going out in 2 rooms that shared a breaker that detects arcing. He explained why it's tripping, and showed up on time for the appointment to fix it. He was very polite and knowledgeable and went made sure I was well-informed about what needed to be done and what the possible repair options could be.
