I’ve had a USA made Lancaster shrinker and stretcher purchased from Williams Low Buck Tools for 20 odd years. When I needed some help with it, I was directed to James at C-B Tool. He sent me an exploded drawing of the machine, I identified the parts I needed, and purchased them. Great customer service, quick response, fast shipping - what more could you want?
Half the people stand around talking doing nothing, They say no smoking or vaping in the building but all the office people are allowed to vape anywhere inside they want. They promised me they would let me keep my toolbox full of tools in their warehouse until I could find a ride to pick it up. Once I found a ride, I called to ask if I could come get it and they said they threw a perfectly good toolbox filled with good tools away. Guessing it's sitting at one of their houses right now or being used in the shop as a shop box.... read more
