Dropped radio off for repairs over a month ago. Owner wanted to buy our CB & sell us a different one. Told him not interested. Just wanted it repaired. Paid for his services in full. He never answers texts or calls. When he finally did answer he said he was taking it to post office to ship. Never happened. After countless attempts to contact him by phone he finally answered again and stated that his house was getting a new roof put on it and the radio got damaged . Steve programmed my Uniden Scanner. He was upfront on pricing and was excellent on Communication. He worked on the scanner the whole weekend to make sure it was programmed correctly. Will use him again.
I wouldn't take anything to them, They were supposed to have turned on my roger beeps for my stryker 447hpc2 and after checking by using a 2nd radio, I heard no roger beeps coming thru the 2nd radio from the stryker. They charged 60.00 to do nothing of what I wanted. They even said they tuned and aligned the radio, I'm not so sure if they even did that since I was not there at the time. So of you want my advice...STAY AWAY
Order a chrome 29 and wanted to change color when mic was keyed up.... Ordered on 6/14 and paid in full....got the radio end of July.... Worked fine for a day.... Then started to short out.... Decided to have another company check in out due to the time it took for me to get...only got the radio cause I harassed almost every day.... Come to find out that the echo board was only zip tied to the radio... Main plug was lose in the radio... Wires were just cut and not attached to anything...as well as resistor wasn't attached...... read more
