I kept calling and calling asking them to remove us from their mailing list and they keep hanging up on us. We don’t want a lowballing cash offer especially not in this market. Complete clowns and unprofessional.
Stay clear away from these people they claim seller finance houses but run it like a real bank. Getting them to help you with cashing insurance checks in a chore and it took over a week for them even pick up the phone meanwhile it rained more and caused more damage to house.
Absolute scammers. DO NOT work with this company. They hire unprofessional, shady wannabe wholesalers that have zero clue what they are doing. Massive markups. Non-truthful. Non-communicative. Not to be trusted. Incredible how these people are actually in business. Do your due diligence, lookup the LLC, search them online. Do not sign anything with these people. Buyer beware!!!
Signed paperwork to buy a house they keep changing the paperwork and my payment went from the 777 a month and not supposed to have an escrow account to the trying to make me pay 1500 a month because the added an escrow that my papers say I don’t have to have an escrow
They call and leave messages they want to buy your house. They do not follow the DNC list so forget it if you think they might. Very unprofessional people I am going to report to the DNC, the AZ Board of Realtors and the Az Attorney Generals office. The continue to call with different phone numbers (spoofing numbers). They act more like scammers than realtors. Avoid them.
