Excellent work! I found this business by chance & am so glad I made that u-turn to take a look-see. Don't think the big name store is your only option. They may be easier to find but their advertising etc ends up on your final cost. Carlos is a super person who does what he says when he says it will be done. He answers his phone & responds to texts in a timely manner. They did a great job with the granite
It's sad that Carlos hires men that are illegal so he can pay them under the table so they (jose filiberto labrada) doesn't have to pay child support, then when I try to contact you per the courts you won't answer, your employees steal stuff from your customers and yourself but still you send them anyways, you just want the money, that's why your always on vacation and jose runs your business,
Thought we had picked a good installer because the owner was really nice and gave us a feeling that things were going to be done correctly . But, the crew that did the installation were a day late and took 3 days to install. Then they dropped a large piece that cracked, and they installed it anyway. We spotted the crack the following day and called them. They came out and tried to convince us they could polish it out, but it was clearly obvious, and they continued to say it was ok.
