Had to call them and remind them the day before carpet was to be installed. Nobody bothered to give me a time when the installer would arrive. Was given a time window when i called and reminded them. They day of install they never showed up and never called. When I called to find out where they were was told they would locate installer and call me back. 20 minutes later I just cancelled the work and asked for a refund. If a business is so busy they can't show up to do the work or even call then they don't need my business.
