I paid for a job to be completed. They took longer then the time quoted, understandable things happen. Then when I got my truck back, I found out they didn't change anything out. My truck has the same codes ever since. I brought it to 2 other mechanics to get it checked out and they both told me parts were never changed out. Instead of changing out parts, they scrapped off rust and spray painted one of my parts. They also refuse to actually do the work they were paid to do. I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like people should be warned about my experience with C and R Auto Repair. I recently paid over $1,000 to supposedly have all my brakes and rotors replaced. They also tried to convince me that I needed a new master cylinder because of “air in the hose” — something that didn’t add up. On top of that, they insisted on being paid in advance after claiming they had “lost a card,” which I was happy to help with because ik what it’s like to need some help. Do not ever go to these people, they are desperate, deceitful, and will scam you for services your car doesn’t need! My car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to them thinking I could trust them! They scammed me over $1000, and will do it to you as well! Definitely a mistake on my part, don’t make the same one I made! The problem with my car was also NEVER RESOLVED! I had to get it towed to another automotive shop to get it fixed! NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SUCM!

Extremely disappointed in the quality, service and timing. They held my vehicle, a custom camaro for 3 months initially for an oil leak which during this time claiming they cracked my dash board. 3 months later after forcefully telling them I am picking up my vehicle I received it with an empty tank of gas which I filled up on my way into them and my vehicle had an unaccounted additional 398 miles on the odometer over what it was at when I brought it in, which I took a photo of at drop off. Very poor work, charged for putting on springs and they never did, left the vehicle with a flat tire. All around very poor service and very long wait times to get the vehicle back (months)
