I had a bad experience in this store. i left my nail nipper to be sharpened 08/08 and they said would be ready in 3-4 weeks, I returned 10/03, almost 2 months later, and was not ready yet. In addition, I had to wait for 30 mins. The owner was late. She said her husband would sharpen them at that moment and would take no more than 15 mins. I waited for 35 mins. No respect. They don't know how to treat a customer. I'll never be back to this store again and will never recommend you to anyone.

My friend took 4 cuticle nippers to be sharpened by them. The woman said they would be ready in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we go back there to pick it up. The woman's son said it was going to be ready in a few months! And that his mother always lies to customers! And if we wanted it to be ready sooner we had to pay $10 extra per cuticle nipper! Really??? So $6 to sharpen each one plus $10 for each one to be ready sooner? So a total of $64???? I could buy 4 brand new ones! And also, their products are all over priced! You people ... read more
