This place has to be the worst managed business in Lincoln. I called and set up an appointment 5 days b4 hand with Arc one of their slow/retarded techs. He says yeah come in at 8:30am on Tuesday “this was Friday morning when I called” and we can test drive and see what’s going on. So on the day of the appointment my girlfriend takes the car down and all the employees are standing around doing nothing.
