These guys are freaking awesome. Knew exactly what was wrong with my wife's 2016 Kia soul over the phone with my wife's description. Within 2 minute the mechanic was diagnosing the soul. Had the vehicle for almost 18 months and didn't do anything to fix it. It's in worse shape now than it was when it was carried to him. Everytime he was asked about it he was getting started on it the next day. We don't know if he really did anything to it. He said he did . When we got the vehicle back it had vines growing through the hood one tire deflated and off the rim. The inside is mildewed and molded. I can't give a completed review because my car was just received. However, what I can attest to at this time is? There are many cars waiting to get fixed and not because they are not working. There were cars under the garage being worked and cars in the shop being worked on and not one person in that shop was grease free!
