C and D Heating and Cooling LLC did a great job! Our old furnace installed by another company was putting off a gas smell. We called Chris and he made it a priority to thoroughly inspect everything and fixed 2 gas leaks immediately. He then diagnosed all of the other problems and professionally installed our new furnace and air conditioner. We couldn’t be happier with his amazing customer service! We now know we are safe.
My furnace went out the Friday before Christmas with temps below freezing at night. Two of my kids were home for the holidays and a third was on his way. I thought it was simple, but turned out to be a much bigger deal and the furnace needed to be replaced. Chris was honest with me, showed me the damage and discussed with me the dangers. Christopher at C&D is the best HVAC person I’ve ever used. He communicates well, took the time to patiently answer my questions, and did what he said he was going to do. My very old HVAC system died suddenly. He showed up in a snow storm, and stayed well into the night in order to replace the system so I’d have heat before the temperature dropped into the single digits. He’s a blessing!
Christopher replaced my furnace and humidifier. He did a wonderful job! He was on time, very professional, friendly and polite. He was super knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. He explained everything that he was doing, and what I needed to know about the new equipment, in detail, so that I understood.
