C Albert Matthews installed a new Carrier Air condition in my home in May. This August the circuit breaker shut down the systems twice. I called them up today and a tech called Russell came to our home in two hours of the call. He checked everything and discovered that the screw connections holding the main wire into the circuit break was loose which caused the electrical panel to heat up which resulted in shutting down the system. I hired C. Albert Matthews to replace an old HVAV system - a large project and big investment. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
