I had a knot coming up on the sidewall of my tire. When I took it to them they had 100 excuses why it had happened. All the way down to say if I had bought a 10 ply tire this wouldn't have happened. Then I pointed at the guy and said look closer. It is a 10 ply. He said oh. Then took 4 hours of waiting for them to pull it inside and break down the tire. Hard to find better prices on tires and brake pads. Great service!
Took my sons truck to have the sensors removed from old tires to the new ones and C Adam Toneys BROKE 9 lug nuts on the BRAND NEW WHEELS ( because they were put on WAY too tight) which cost us $450 to fix, then when they took the old tires off the wheel they poked a hole in the side wall of one of the tires. these guys truly DO NOT know what they are doing!! ( Prosperity Location)

I have always been reluctant about buying tires from Toney's and that hasn't changed. My daughter came home this weekend from college so I had here some snow tires out on. I decided to check here air pressures before she went back and that was a good thing. Ranged anywhere from 36 psi to 52 psi. The car called for 32 psi, the people they have working for them just don't care! This was the one in Prosperity dip.
