Very unhappy with the customer service, I’m still waiting for Justin to give me a call himself, since that is what he told me he was gonna do before 4 on Tuesday and he still hasn’t called me. I have called and left numerous messages with the lady that answers the phone and I have reached out on fb messenger as well. Very unacceptable especially coming from the store Manager!
I buy all my appliances from CA Wilson's. I really like that there is service after the sale, unlike the big box stores. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, they treat you like family. When they deliver appliances, they always make sure you know exactly how to operate them before they leave. I have found their deliveries done in a timely manner.
