Whoever answers the phone needs a new job. Puts someone on hold to answer all other calls to get back after 5 minutes to say they don't handle that type of call is horrific. Bad service
I got them to work on my f250 and all was good I went to pay and pick up my truck and after I paid the bill they went to go get my truck to find out it was stolen not only that they have yet to say anything call me backi I found out at 830 it's now almost 2 I feel if they really cared it wouldnt take 5 hours to contact and try and do something instead of leaving them with nothing i mean no refund for the work I paid for no phone call from boss to at least try work through it to make it worst if they didn't leave the key in i... read more
