I called 3 labs before I talked to the people here and I couldn't be happier that I kept calling. When everyone else just said "send a sample and a check" the people at CA LABS took the time to explain everything to me! The lab technician answered all my questions, knew laws to inform me of and stayed on the phone with me for over 15 minutes just answering all my "mommy" questions about asbestos and the potential of it in my home. One of the absolute best labs around. Highly qualified staff and excellent turn around samples and results. We have been doing business together for 18+ years and don't even think about switching!
These guys are always stellar but recently went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked six and seven days a week recently because my giant Federally-funded client had a December deadline for mold clearance of a multi-family housing complex or they would lose their giant Federal funding.
