C/A installed our system in 2020 and we've been annual subscribers for maintenance since then. We had our first emergency call to them this week, AC out, and when I called we were told they couldn't see us for 2 weeks. Clearly C/A cares more about having more clients than they can support. I called another company and they came out 4 hours later and had me up and running in 15 mins. I asked C/A for a refund of 1/2 my annual fee and was told it was nonrefundable despite the fact they couldn't actually service me as a preferre... read more
We have used C/A for several years and thought we had found a good service company. We signed up for semi annual maintainence in January and sent them the check as requested. They have canceled our scheduled service 3 times since then giving various excuses each time and now we have to wait another week to see if they show up or cancel again NOTE THEY ARRIVED !
