They absolutely don’t care when called about an issue-very rude on the phone-don’t fix problems

The review was not immediately recognized because it showed up in junk mail. My office informed me that one of the basement doors had the crash bar and lock torn off the door. We immediately notified our locksmith. It appears that the repair was not made quick enough to satisfy the Resident, although explained that we do not have control over the timeliness of the professional's schedule.
