My mom was seen today and the dr called me to tell me she was being transported to baptist hospital after arriving there she was nowhere to be found so I called cac to find out information they told me she was transported to jackson south I was not happy the male nurse hung up on me when I questioned why did they not notify me jackson south is 3 min away from my home after they made me drive 45 minutes to Baptist in traffic time they hung up on me 4 more time when asked to speak to a supervisor they would put me on hold unti... read more

My mother had a 3 o’clock appointment and 2 hours later she is still waiting to be seen. Very unprofessional.
