Terrible service. Nice guy, bad work. The color seal was a mess. The cleaning of the floors wasnt complete. After he left the first night I could tell he was over his head. I reluctantly gave a sizable amount for payment. I saw in the daylight what was done and immediately contacted another person to fix the work. They politely reiterated how bad the floor looked when they came in. I asked Craig for a refund the the work he didnt complete and he would only agree to come in and do the work that was left, no refund on unsatisf... read more
