We did not have a good experience with this company. The workers that did our job were inexperienced and unsupervised. After about a week the siding was literally falling off the house. The siding was not over lapped and in a lot of places, was not even nailed. Get everything in writing, right down to the last detail because even if the salesman says they will do it, if it's not written in the contract, it's not getting done. This guy is a con. We had this company come repair two small leaking spots on a newly purchased home in 2020. Unfortunately both areas ended up leaking significantly worse and this guy on the video (Anthony) swore over the phone at me telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and that I didn't have a receipt that shows they did it, even though I did! Only received a quote for a new roof from this company. I have not started the project yet. They were easy to work with to get the roof inspected and priced out. Since it was only a roof quote I didn’t even have to be home when they did it.

They did work on my front and side porches in November of 2023. In June of 2023, they told me it would be 6-8 before they could start the work. At 12, 14, 16, and 18 weeks I called and asked when they were gonna start the job. I was given a different excuse each time I called as to why they had not started. After 20 weeks I was angry and fed up with the office managers' excuses and asked if I could speak with the owner. I Had to have my roof and siding replaced after incurring major hail damage. Tony and Bill were prompt in coming out to assess the damage and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. The BZAK crew were fantastic. They were very courteous, respectful and professional. They were here every day, putting in long hours, until it was completed.
