Contract was to cover all of garage in siding, wrap the rest in aluminum, and install 1 gutter. That never happened. What we got on the 2nd day of work was who is going to paint the trim ? You or me ? I said your wrapping all areas that cant be sided, in aluminum. Bzak employee nope not in contract. Me: yep its in the contract as i showed it to the bzak jack. Only good thing I can say is they kept the appointment. Other than that a complete joke. Called for a roof estimate, just walks around the house, doesn't actually go up to look at anything and tells me 4k and no guarantees, because "no one" would guarantee it. I already had a first estimate at half that, that actually went and looked at the problem, gave a full list of what repairs they would do and a guarantee. So this guy is a joker. Friendly staff, great team! Very pleased with their work from the roof, the hood which in the beginning was a fan in the kitchen ceiling to our electric hot water heater. Upgraded and done! Thank you all so much for everything 🙏
they were supposed to do some work and were running a late, but assured it would be done in 1.5 to 2 hours. Then they said they couldn't do it without more equipment. When I asked why they didn't know this during the first 2 visits, they advised I go elsewhere for my services. After the first visit, they knew I needed a complete new roof, but they didn't know what equipment they needed. They said they didn't know they would need it because of the snow.
