they were supposed to do some work and were running a late, but assured it would be done in 1.5 to 2 hours. Then they said they couldn't do it without more equipment. When I asked why they didn't know this during the first 2 visits, they advised I go elsewhere for my services. After the first visit, they knew I needed a complete new roof, but they didn't know what equipment they needed. They said they didn't know they would need it because of the snow. Had appointment, Jamie called and cancelled saying, "we're just too busy and won't be able to get to your job anytime soon.". No reschedule, no effort for referral, no customer concern. Just doesn't want any more business, now or anytime in the future.
