Had appointment, Jamie called and cancelled saying, "we're just too busy and won't be able to get to your job anytime soon.". No reschedule, no effort for referral, no customer concern. Just doesn't want any more business, now or anytime in the future.
I was excited to work with Bzak. They sent two separate people to look at the areas in my home I want worked on, and never followed up either time. This is dating back to September. I just find it rather unprofessional to be in my home and not follow up with the pricing and information, twice. I don’t work with people who are poor in contact, so unfortunately can’t rate the actual jobs or services.
No called no showed my apt, if you can't even do that cant trust them to do a job. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I highly recommend BZAK. They did everything they said they would do, and they did it when they said they would. Pricing was very fair. All of the people we worked with there were helpful and nice and seemed interested in getting us the right solution for our home.
