We had a fantastic experience with this general contractor. The team was reliable, organized, and highly skilled. They listened carefully to our needs, offered smart solutions, and completed the project on time. Communication was excellent throughout, and the finished work exceeded our expectations. they were supposed to do some work and were running a little late and assured it would be done in 1.5 to 2 hours. Then, said they couldn't do it without more equipment. When I asked why they didn't know this during the first 2 visits, they advised I go elsewhere for my services. After the first visit, they knew I needed a complete new roof but they didn't know what equipment they needed. They said they didn't know they would need it because of the snow. Had appointment, Jamie called and cancelled saying, "we're just too busy and won't be able to get to your job anytime soon.". No reschedule, no effort for referral, no customer concern. Just doesn't want any more business, now or anytime in the future.
I was excited to work with Bzak. They sent two separate people to look at the areas in my home I want worked on, and never followed up either time. This is dating back to September. I just find it rather unprofessional to be in my home and not follow up with the pricing and information, twice. I don’t work with people who are poor in contact, so unfortunately can’t rate the actual jobs or services.
No called no showed my apt, if you can't even do that cant trust them to do a job. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
