They don't react to inquiries related to property rentals at all. I contacted them to view one of their Zillow listed 5 bedroom houses, and they did not respond to emails, texts, voice messages or messages left on Zillow over the course of 4 weeks. Appalling! We found another house with a different agency.
I am not sure why such negative reviews. So far I have nothing but good and prompt service from them. Kevin is exceptional and professional. He gets back to me quick. I highly recommend this company
Worst management I have ever dealt with, they are very unprofessional when responding, which is very rare that they even respond back. They would not disclose to me about random fees that was charged, and when I changed to a different management company, they made it a living nightmare to change. They would never respond, and they would not hand over certain things that belonged to the property. Avoid at all costs...
KEEP AWAY!! This is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Ignored maintenance requests, rude staff, even worse onsite property managers. It’s as if it’s part of training to be non responsive and aggressive about all issues with their units. The only time I felt I had even a neutral experience was when they were hounding me to give a deposit. Truly pathetic service. I hope this place never sees another new renter.
Falsely tried to evict me. Lied about aspects of the rental. Refused to fix things stated prior to move in. And after moving still receiving messages about past due rent. And their company listed phone # doesn’t work properly and as of 3/6/24 is going to a law firm… Awful company and poorly managed.
