Went for Dexa scan. Dr Ryan provided clear guidance and interpretation. Good value and good experience. Will try their other services to help my fitness goals.
I had a great experience at BZ Longevity. I went for a VO2 max test and DEXA scan. They were very knowledgeable and helped me identify some things I should work on to help improve my performance. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Did a VO2max and DEXA scan to see what my current fitness level is and to get a baseline for the future. Dr. Ryan explained everything thoroughly and gave me some recommendation on areas to improve. Will be coming back again to check on my progress!
I have gone for 3 DEXA scans at BZ, I love the stats and detail as part of my body recomposition journey but the only bad thing is there isn’t consistency with explained the results or getting the comparisons between the multiple scans like other places. I just went in January and my print out did not show or chart the difference from my previous scans.
Xalia was great! Very efficient. The testing process for RMR, DEXA and VO2max was seamless. I highly recommend them
