Disappointed that when I asked if I should reschedule my RMR due to not knowing fasting for 4-6 hours was required, they said it was fine. Then my result was clearly not accurate.
Went for Dexa scan. Dr Ryan provided clear guidance and interpretation. Good value and good experience. Will try their other services to help my fitness goals.
I had a great experience at BZ Longevity. I went for a VO2 max test and DEXA scan. They were very knowledgeable and helped me identify some things I should work on to help improve my performance. Would recommend this place to anyone!
