Don't buy you will lose your money I paid for a package through these people they never came out and did the service they just stole my money I called BBB and found out that there's been more complaints than taking money and not doing the service stay away they do not do good work all the reviews are lies if you go to the Better Business Bureau you will see that they had like 15 complaints and the last 6 months Oban stealing money
After two times of not showing for scheduled appointment I was told that I would get a refund for the full amount of my Groupon, along with a free dryer vent cleaning for my 3rd appointment. ..although thats GREAT I never actually recieved my refund and after trying to call 3 times and leaving messages I've still gotten no response. They were very polite and did a good job however their customer service needs some serious work.
The service was good. But follow up is forgotten. Had my work done in July and Im still waiting for a $100 filter I paid for. And for him to refund my groupon. He would not return my calls. I paid for free 3 mo sevice calls. And he hasnt even returned for the one week follow up to insert my filter and hes due in 3 weeks for my first 3 month. I hated to do this because i was a Zack fan till but i file a complaint today with Better Business Bureau today.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job and it smelled very fresh and clean afterwards. Highly recommend!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased a Groupon voucher for dryer vent cleaning services 3 weeks ago and have been trying (unsuccessfully) to get an appointment ever since. My husband and I have called and left multiple voicemails, texts, and emails, to which we have gotten one response. He texted and asked what time we were available and then never showed.
