You can never speak to anyone at this clinic. Honestly the worst; I only stay because I can’t go anywhere else. Even when you call at at 8AM sharp they don’t pick up and make you wait 10 min like you just opened its not hard to pick up the phone
I am so lucky to be registered as a patient with this clinic and with Tiffiny Anders-Visser as my NP. She is caring and thorough. The staff here work extremely hard and are always friendly and professional. I've never had trouble getting an urgent appointment.
I’ve been with ByWard Family Health for many years now. It’s an exceptional team of professionals. Dr. Phung, the nurses (especially Rachel), and administrators are all very patient and caring. Dr. Phung always gets to the root of my medical issues and gives referrals to the best specialists in Ottawa. Very tight and well run team.
Updated Review - I don't know what they did with this new call centre they are using. But it is the worst. That call centre might as well exist on the planet Jupiter. After I stayed on the line for close to 20 minutes waiting, someone answered sounding rushed and very bothered. Other experiences are the call centre folks saying one thing and the clinic saying something else or having no clue about what I was told when I called.
