They are impossible to get a hold of and do not give you the information needed when you request it. I’ve called them four separate times only to have them send me the wrong document each time. It’s a waste of time.
Considering the current situation, Byward remains efficient, proactive, caring, professional, time-conscious, and systematized well. I especially have to praise nurse Shelby, who was and has always been amazing. She saved my hand after an accident. I have to give her credit for always being bang on and providing intuitive care that is unique and a gift of her own. Cheers to the whole crew. My family doctor is the best, and I hope it does get better for everyone.
I have been a patient of this FHT for a long time and am never disappointed. Dr. Sim is an excellent physician and l have great respect for his professionalism and great care. I have also never had anything but great interactions with the staff and management and appreciate their great team.
I lost my doctor years ago. They assigned me to a nurse practitioner. My main issue is access to care, which is terrible. I call and have to wait 15-20 minutes and no answer, so I hang up. Because people have other things to do, like work. I try to book online but it lists all these different types of appointment options which I don't even know what they mean.
