This office is an absolute disgrace. I took time off work and spent my money just to be met with rudeness, arrogance, and zero professionalism. The staff clearly doesn’t care about patients or their time. It was a complete waste — infuriating from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
Byungki Kim, and staff here are rude, dismissive, and show zero compassion. They refuse to see you if you’re even 15 minutes late — no matter the situation — yet they’ll make you sit and wait over 30 minutes past your appointment time while claiming they’re “caring for patients.” What a joke. Dr. Byungki Kim takes the time to thoroughly understand each patient’s individual condition, asking detailed questions and carefully confirming information. He provides well-planned advice tailored to the patient’s current situation, and he is always extremely kind and considerate. I am truly grateful to have had such a positive experience with him.
Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment time. Seen within 10 minutes. Hard to get better than that. Perfect.
I had a very poor experience with Dr. Kim. When I came to see him with a problem, he was very cursory, did not perform an examination, and immediately pushed me towards a colonoscopy. Without getting into too much detail, I ended seeing my internist and then another specialist and my issue was investigated and resolved in a more thoughtful, compassionate, and comprehensive manner. I know there are great doctors at GastroHealth, but in my experience Dr. Kim is not one of them. Choose someone else.
