I’m extremely disappointed with the front desk staff at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was met with indifference and a lack of empathy. The staff seemed annoyed by basic questions and acted as though helping patients was a burden. In a medical setting where compassion and clear communication are essential, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope the administration takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training in customer service and basic

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Kim. When I came to see him with a problem, he was very cursory, did not perform an examination, and immediately pushed me towards a colonoscopy. Without getting into too much detail, I ended seeing my internist and then another specialist and my issue was investigated and resolved in a more thoughtful, compassionate, and comprehensive manner. I know there are great doctors at GastroHealth, but in my experience Dr. Kim is not one of them. Choose someone else.

Gastro Health system is worst I have dealt with in all my over 40yrs. They want to collect money first before procesure because I don't have insurance, so I paid but keep sending bill from several places because their mistakes. No one wants to correct about it but wants me to pay more. Horrible service.
