They rushed an important piece of paperwork for a friend of mine that usually takes a week to process. They got it done in a few hours. They have my thanks.
I’ve been here a few times, and overall the service isn’t bad, but the people scheduling appointments don’t know what they’re doing. Every single time i’ve scheduled an appointment, they’d call back a few days later and tell me that someone made a mistake for the appointment time and they have to reschedule me. I’d never get the appointment time i actually want, so be aware of that.
Went in for a basic checkup, found out I have vasovagal syncope, very helpful, fast, thoroughly examined me and found something. Low cost as I had the student health plan.
It was my first time being at the BYU-Idaho Student Health Center. Everyone was amazing and helpful. I was treated incredibly well as a patient. The provider I met was amazing as well. Great place.
