In March 2025, we visited the BYU Food-to-Go store in Provo, Utah. In this visit, we bought some delicious BYU ice cream. In prior visits, we have bought BYU mint brownies, cookies, and large catered meals for weddings and other special events. We have always been extremely pleased with the quality and quantity of the BYU Food-to-Go offerings, and the prices that we pay. BYU Food-to-Go is a great place to do business with.
Very disappointed drove an hour to pick up. They shorted me one of my main trays and nobody called me all day long. They said they saw it during g the day. Didn’t notice it was gone till I’m setting up 15 minutes before the arrival of guests! I own a restaurant this is just poor management and employees that don’t give a crap. Beware of the service maybe they should put together a policy to do a checklist as they’re loading it into your vehicle???? Could save a lot of problems. Food was not ready on time when I went to pick it up. And then they over charged me double the price of the donuts I ordered. When I asked about my receipt, they said I needed to call the Accountant over Finances-I did leaving several messages, being told someone would get back to me when they never did. Horrible customer service.
