We used them for a wedding luncheon and refreshments for reception. I was amazed at how cheap they were and the food was amazing. We had 2 foreign exchange students from Germany and Italy and they love the left over brownies and treats. Even if you dislike BYU save yourself a lot of cash and make your friends happy also
I understand that BYU food to go is the go to cater for all the YSA in the area and definitely saves them a lot of time and effort. But in my opinion, the food is not the best. Obviously they have to cook large quantities as cheap as possible and it usually means they have to throw a bunch of food in hot water or bake it. The burgers and the hotdogs and the ham is either boiled or thrown into an oven it lacks flavor and quality. I would also keep your expectations low.
