Bewilderingly poor experience. I placed an order on 11/17 for a holiday party in Sandy on 12/3. The order was for delivery originally but 2 days prior to the party, BYU ToGo called to inform me they could not deliver at my requested time. My options were to have delivery at 2pm (4 hours prior to the party) or to opt for pick up. Despite wanting to, I could not change food vendors on such short notice because my allotted budget had been used up and anywhere else was likely to exceed current costs. Great place to pick up items rather than hiring a caterer. Food is good, service is great, pickup is seamless.
