Our experience with BYU Food to Go was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the process was riddled with miscommunication and unprofessionalism. First, we were told we could pay with a check, but when we arrived, they refused to accept it until they got the manager involved. Eventually, they took the check, but not without unnecessary hassle. BYU Food To-Go has been bumpy the last several months. They are constantly messing up orders or "don't have" many things on the order list. Food arrives on time but we typically get about half of the things we've ordered. Food quality is decent.
