The Bytown Cat Hospital came highly recommended to me by a friend after I got my new cat two years ago, and I can clearly see why. From his first check-up and vaccinations, to getting him fixed, and finally helping with all the paperwork when I moved and imported him to another country, everyone was great. Many thanks for your very kind and compassionate treatment of Burger this morning. Euthanasia is not an easy process for cats and cat parents and the waiting area you’ve put together is exactly what we needed. I especially liked that I could make payment there rather than weeping at the front desk. My heart is broken but it will heal knowing I gave him a good life and we gave him a good ending Thank you
