Many thanks for your very kind and compassionate treatment of Burger this morning. Euthanasia is not an easy process for cats and cat parents and the waiting area you’ve put together is exactly what we needed. I especially liked that I could make payment there rather than weeping at the front desk. My heart is broken but it will heal knowing I gave him a good life and we gave him a good ending Thank you
Good clean place the vets are professional very polite and care for your pet.
Our three cats get fabulous care. And the reception staff is very responsive to email, requests for Rx refills, etc.
Bytown Cat Hospital is staffed by friendly, gentle, knowledgeable staff. As you might guess from the name, everyone is a cat person. The exam room is designed with cats in mind, including opaque sliding sliding doors to avoid accidental escapes or bumps, a calming plug-in, and no inaccessible crevices for nervous cats to get stuck in.
