I don't know if the other 2 negative reviews are AI bots or whatever but me and my family's experience here with our car repairs have been positive over the past 20 years. The lead mechanic has been nothing short of helpful, professional, honest, knowledgeable and just overall a great guy. I would not have allowed my parents to take their cars there if I didn't fully trust his services.

I am beyond frustrated and angry with my experience here. I brought my car in expecting professional work, and instead I got absolutely nothing fixed. After taking a large amount of my money, my car was left in pieces and returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. My vehicle was kept for an extremely long time with excuse after excuse, and in the end, there was no real repair completed. I paid for work that was never properly done. I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. He took my money but never finished the job. After multiple years delays and excuses, my car was left in worse condition than when I brought it in. I was forced to tow my car out of his shop and take it to another mechanic to have the work redone properly. This felt very unprofessional and honestly like a scam. I paid for repairs that were never properly completed, and my car was kept for an unreasonably long time with constant delays. I was repeatedly given promises that the work would be finished “soon,” but those promises were never kept. Communication was poor, and I often felt misled about the status of my vehicle.
