Best vw dealer car service in ottawa
I had my Volkswagen serviced at Bytek and had a very good experience. Jaydatt, my service advisor, was friendly, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, Jaydatt and the Bytek team!
Amanda was our salesperson and she was truly a breathe of fresh air. She didn't pressure us, she was patient, she told us her real opionion even when it may have resulted in us spending less. It was a great experience and we felt like the negotiation was truly in good faith, couldn't recommend Bytek more.
Went for warranty work. Easy to make appointment and work done while I waited.
