Mike and his son came to my rescue the day after Thanksgiving (11/27/15) while I was in the area visiting family down the road. When the local Jeep dealership across the street from the hotel where I was staying couldn't help this Hoosier in distress, the Byrums showed up and solved my problem. They had my Jeep fixed within hours on the day I called them. By the way, the business was actually closed that day for an extended holiday! Class act all the way!
Perfect Customer Experience! My husband's truck would not start just a few days before we were scheduled to drive back to Phoenix, AZ. A large brand name shop told us they would not be able to look at it for several days, and that's when we called Byrum's Repair. They towed the 1 ton diesel back to their shop the next morning and called us just a few hours later explaining it was fixed and ready to be picked up! Great customer service, fair price, and our new hero! Thanks, Byrum's Repair!
