From start to finish, this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a body shop. After completing a full inspection of my vehicle, the staff failed to communicate any updates. I repeatedly heard, “We’ll call you back” or “Sorry, Bo will call you when he has time.” After SEVEN phone calls, I finally got an answer: my insurance wasn’t covering the repairs. This is my second time working with them and service was just as great as the first. I took in my Toyota Camry for rear end damage. Communication throughout the process was precise. Finished the job sooner than expected.
This company took very good care of us. And took care of our car, they let us know every step of the way as the process was happening.
