I cannot say enough regarding the top treatment we have received for both the dentists and especially the support staff. As patients we all have things that come up that stop us from making and keeping dentist appointments. And lets be honest, most places make you feel embarrassed and shameful for missing an appointment. My wife and I are grateful this is not one of those places. Very bad experience, I have pain in my teeth from cleaning it after almost 2 weeks ago and it still hurts and the receptionist was very mean to me, why go to a place where they don’t treat you nice. I left feeling very un eased. Would not recommend this place
It’s highly unprofessional clinic . They do not value the patient’s time. They do not check their own systems while setting up appointments. They made me wait an extra hour from my appointment time while I booked my appointment a week ago . After showing them there reminder messages , they said it’s automatic , they do not have any control over them.
