I had a great experience during my recent root canal treatment at Byron Street Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. The dental assistant and manager were very supportive and made sure I understood each step of the process. By far the best dentistry I have ever been to in combination with their sister practice; Brock Street Dentistry. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Wilson is both experienced, and so kind from the moment we met her. My son loves coming to see Dr. Wilson and Franca. They make every visit comfortable and answer your questions and concerns. It truly feels like a family practice when you go there. It exudes the type of community and care we need in this world .
my first time at this dentist was a 5 star experience. I was recommended Byron Street Dentistry by a friend who is doing her Invisiline here and after my consultation, I decided to do mine here as well. All of the staff were lovely! I felt valued, comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend this place if you’re looking to do Invisiline or any dental work. Thanks ladies
Phone the office first thing this morning (Saturday)about a crown on my front tooth that fell out. Franka arranged for me to see Dr Wilson at 1 pm. Dr Wilson quickly bonded it back into place. Great, same day service and for a reasonable cost. Much appreciated!
The receptionist Sofia at this dental office was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an attitude instead of basic courtesy. Simple questions were answered sarcastically, and I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. I hope the management address this issue and take it seriously as I am never stepping a foot in this dental clinic again.
