If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. This place came highly recommended, so I booked an eye exam. The doctor was professional and kind, as were the staff that assisted me with the exam. It appears the exam went beyond what is covered by OHIP, and my insurance, and I was left paying a small balance. This was never explained to me. The staff immediately suggested high end, designer frames. I found some I liked, paid, and waited a few days to pick up the glasses. I recently had an eye exam and purchased new glasses. Dr Vecchio was excellent in his explanations of procedures and was very happy to answer any of my questions. Natasha was also very good in showing different styles and providing feedback when I had questions. I found her to be very competent and a good listener. I would highly recommend Byron Optometry.
I have been a patient of Dr Bohnert for several years and have also seen Dr Hutchinson. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is wonderful and Natasha is amazing with a wonderful disposition.Highly recommend!!
