We have lived at Byron Lakes Apartments since 2002 and can highly recommend them as first class, especially for the price compared to others.They have a very friendly staff and the maintenance is outstanding. When something goes wrong they are right there to fix it, plus the grounds always look so nice. We are overlooking a small lake without having to pay the high taxes associated with that kind of view. They also do a great job taking care of snow removal. You will be blessed to live there.Steve J
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THIS PLACE SUCKS. PAPER THIN WALLS. NEIGHBORS ABOVE CAN BE HEARD WHILE WHISPERING. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FEES ANY TIME THEY SEE FIT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NO MATTER WHAT. I'M GLAD I'M OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE. BUT OF COURSE THEY'RE CHARGING ME 4 DAYS OF RENT EVEN AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE'D BE OUT BY THE END OF THE MONTH. THEY ARE HONESTLY THE BEST PLACE AROUND....IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR MONEY.
Decent Apartment Complex Byron Lakes Apartments are nice apartments if you are placed in the "new" section. The apartment complex added on additional units a couple years back and those buildings are much nicer. Rent is very moderately priced especially considering each apt has their own washer and dryer!! It's conveniently located off US 131 and the new M6 with ample parking spaces and carports.
Apartment Complex These are some very nice apartments. They are located in byron center, a very nice community. Rent is very reasonable. They have 1 and 2 bedroom for rent. They often run specials. The staff in the office is great, and maintance gets done right away. Best perk of all, they have a washer and dryer inside all the apartments.
