RecommendedMiguel D. Was exceptional throughout the process. He was on top of everything and moved quickly. We are staying for a short term but the place is a good size for a two bedroom two bath. The view from our deck is nice with the pond there. We have even seen wild life here. We would recommend this place!

Leasing Agent, Miguel D. was very helpful throughout my whole experience. He answered my many questions and worked quickly to insure I was comfortable with moving in and the rate I was getting. Byron lakes Apts. Are peaceful,scenic and quiet!! What really stands out about the community is the maintenance men Lucky and Bill always outstanding!! The property manager Cassy S . is very patient and kind.Jessie is an asset,everybody compliments each which makes it work.
I have waited and lived here for three years before making this review. The apartment is nice, fair priced, and I love the central air and washer and dryer amenities. The pond view is also pretty cool. But the maintenance and management completely ruined the experience for me. No matter the season, you can get used to waking up to leaf blowers at 5 AM. I deal with almost monthly temporary utility shutoffs, including the water that goes from being cloudy white to clear. Constant building maintenance because they decide to use... read more
Apparently you need to move your car every 3 days in order to not violate ones lease at these apartments?...... Even if you are a stay at home mother, I was told they have to move it. WHAT A JOKE!
Apparently they do not accept stay at home mothers. You also have to move your car every 3 days. This place is a joke. I can go on and on about the problems we have here. The only decent thing I can say is that Bill is an amazing maintenance guy. Moved here in July ready to leave as soon as possible.
I love living here. Quiet, peaceful surroundings, great square footage, big closets, in-unit washer/dryer, newer appliances,nice pool, and more. Very happy here.
