I became a patient of Dr. Byron a few years back and the entire staff were excellent. Dr. Byron gave me a permanent crown on my last visit. Last year, 2020, I tried to contact him on a weekend as I was in dire need of extraction with excruciating pain. I called his office, the recorded info gave me Byron's cell # to call. I called it, left a message asking him to please call me ASAP. NEVER GOT A CALLBACK. I'm done with him.
The first time meeting Dr. Byron was on a Sunday when my husband, who had been going to him for years, phoned him concerning my extreme tooth pain. I was amazed that he said he would meet us at his office to help me on a Sunday! I’ve been going to Dr. Byron for 8 years now and cannot say enough about his talent as a dentist (I’ve had a lot of work done!), as well as his patient, kind demeanor. I am so grateful to have found such a talented, professional, and kind dentist in Dr. Byron. His work on my teeth has been perfect and painless and his patience has rid me of all my childhood fears of going to the dentist. His office staff are friendly and kind as well and I have never experienced such a professional and kind group of people before! Dr. Byron truly is the best dentist in the Salem, NH area for sure and I highly recommend him!
Went to Dr. Byron as a new patient for an emergency filling late January 2016. Entire staff that helped me were great. Dr. Byron is a good dentist and explains your options to you if you're on a fixed income as I am. I had x-ray and filling done within 45 min.
