Dr. Haitas has always been nice to me but two people on his staff were rude and unconcerned. I had to reschedule some appointments due to leg surgery in 2022 and was told I could no longer be seen by him due to missed appts. The clinic manager and some other lady by the name of Clarissa were rude and unconcerned. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with Andrea in the office. Dr. Haitas is an excellent doctor. He is both thorough and compassionate.
An email I sent to him. I had seen him the previous year and things went ok. This year's follow up visit however... ------------- Addressed To: HAITAS,BYRON I had a telehealth visit lined up at 2:45 on 3/22. *I* was on time. I followed instructions and arrived early and filled out the form and waited in the video waiting room. Then some 25 minutes past the appointment I get a call from someone representing you. My visits are always excellent. I have been a patient of his for almost 25 years and I don't have any complaints. He also has an excellent staff as well.

Outstanding Cardioligist. Follow up to a hospital stay for surgery. Had some cardiac issues and Dr. Haitus was at the hospital every day and was on the phone to hospital staff at all hours of the night. I would highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dr. Haitus who provides excellent medical care and judgment. He takes time to answer my questions.
