I’ve been waiting months for this day — the chance to finally meet with a specialist about an injury I’ve been dealing with for over five months. I want to make it clear I didn’t even get to meet the doctor. The receptionist was the rudest person I’ve encountered. She refused to give me an appointment without a referral even after explaining to get I’m on a self referral insurance. She explained I should call my insurance .. I went ahead and did that and my insurance said I was 100% correct and she could contact them if needed. I called back again with this information and the receptionist still refused to help. Dr. Carrasco has been treating my son for ingrown toe nail on both his big toe. The experience has been painful for my son but Dr.Carrasco and his staff have been such a blessing to have as his treating Podiatrist. The office staff are professional and welcoming. Dr. Carrasco has gone above and beyond by seeing my son whenever he has an infection due to the ingrown toe nail. He genuinely cares for his patients and we appreciate him very much.
