Wonderful and responsive staff and NP Brooks was really amazing with my child. I really appreciate having them in my child’s corner!
It has been a nightmare trying to get my son’s medical records sent to a different office. I’ve been trying since January 14th and today is April 1st. I cannot reach the medical records clerk and they have not called me back after I left a message. I left a message for the office manager informing the front desk of all of this and I still have not received a call back. Dr Cotton was fine but I did not feel he was up to date with his info. Awful I’ve been at this practice for 19 years but now the service is terrible they don’t know what they are doing every time my son needs a refill it take a whole week for them to even send the prescription or they send the wrong prescription, after a patient has been 19 years you would think they can do a simple refill but no, I’ve reported them to the board of health. This was it for me.
