It has been a nightmare trying to get my son’s medical records sent to a different office. I’ve been trying since January 14th and today is April 1st. I cannot reach the medical records clerk and they have not called me back after I left a message. Awful I’ve been at this practice for 19 years but now the service is terrible they don’t know what they are doing every time my son needs a refill it take a whole week for them to even send the prescription or they send the wrong prescription, after a patient has been 19 years you would think they can do a simple refill but no, I’ve reported them to the board of health. This was it for me.

We took our son here in January. We booked him on Zocdoc. He is not the doctor that treated our son. The doctor that treated him asked us if we were vaccinated against Covid. We told him we were not going to speak about that because we were here for our son. That is when Dr. Byron came in to the room. He came to question us about the Covid Vaccine not our son.
