Dr Byrnes takes the time to explain medical concerns in a manner that is understandable. He is super smart and my family and I have trust with him and his staff
Dr. Byrnes has been treating me for over 10 years. He is very thorough and makes it a priority to keep on top of current research. I highly recommend him. By the way, some of the reviews on here complain about his staff. Joan (front desk help) has gone out of her way to fight with insurance companies and pharmacy providers to make sure that I get the proper coverage. She always has excellent suggestions and cares deeply about the patients. You couldn't ask for a better patient advocate!
Always polite and greets you with a smile! He spends time discussing all questions and never rushed.
Dr. Byrnes is great. My entire family are patients for well over 10 years. He has done as well with my kids when they were toddlers as with me as an adult. He genuinely listens to me and explains things in an easy to understand manner. But understand this is a small office - no multi-doctor partnership, just the doctor and her person. So sometimes when I call, I have to wait on hold. And while they always make room for emergencies, sometimes I have to wait to get an appointment for non-emergency issues. Lady on office staff very rude and nasty. Was put on hold 10 times on phone call and also hung up on. Said my health insurance was good and would pay for visit, one month later got bill for visit and said my health insurance no good. Recommend to stay away from this place!
Office Staff doesn't return calls. This happened over a week where she said she would return calls.
Staff is rude.
