I had an excellent experience buying a car from their company. Billy was an excellent sales rep and made my buying experience as simple as possible. Being a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but they made it a memorable positive experience.
WHAT A SCAM – My daughter went there to try to buy a car. She gets approx. $800 a month from her job, she has no bills what so ever.....they turn around and put in that she has to pay $300 a month in rent and other bills...they tell her she only has $200-$300 a month available to buy a car. WTH is wrong with them? If she has no bills they can not just make some up for her!!!! Then I hear that they keep a copy of your key????? Why would they do that?????
THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! – I RECENTLY PURCHASED A CAR WITH MY FIANCE ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO, IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP TONS OF TIMES...IAM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED OR THE PRICE IAM PAYING FOR THIS CAR, IAM YOUNG AND TRYING TO START OUT CREDIT FOR MYSELF..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! IF YOU WANT A BROKE DOWN CAR THAT GOES IN THE SHOP EVERY 3 WEEKS OR SO..THSI IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!
Waited forever and finally left... Empty Handed – Well, Had the cash in hand, was ready to buy and Walked in, Not one person as much as said ( HI? ) We walked around looked for help and said ow well... then leaving the parking lot we were blocked in and had to drive over a curb to get out... Needless to say I spent my money elsewhere...
Just what I was looking for! – I work in customer service so I expect a lot and this team has got it down! I applied for a credit check over the internet and Tanya got with me first thing in the morning. I told her what I required in a vehicle and she brought out exactly what was top priority to me. Good food, prompt service This is not the most "authentic" Mexican food I've had, but it's quick, polite, and has good space to serve the Victor Valley College lunch crowd. Price is very reasonable. I go here often because of the prompt service and easy __cpLocation.
