My car was supposed to be paid off in June I called the hateful cnac case manager to assure my car was paid off WELLLLL she informs me I still owe 833 dollars more because I was behind a few payments. From my understanding when I signed the contract there was NO GRACE PERIOD so explain to me how I was a couple month's behind. Hi I have gotten a car from jd byrider twice. Once in Charleston and now in Greenville. Gotten a ******* ******* ****from them back in July. I had to get the chorco cannister replaced because it's hard to put gas in it. They lied never fixed anything because it had the same problems. I meant to them that the car gear doesn't change unless I put a card chip or phone beside it. They never wanted to fix the issue. This is by far the worse company to get a car from. I had been late on my payments for the past month because of a hospital stay, death in the family, and loss of income due to the above. I had someone making a payment for me and Cory refused to take the payment so he had the car repoed while I was in the hospital having my son and my grandmother passing away. I feel like I got cheated on the car they sold me and truthfully I want my money back to go else where to get a reliable car because I have only had this car 7 months and it's had three different things go wrong already I'm highly upset and would like to know my options.... I can't keep being without my car I work plus I have a kid to think of as well as myself please help.

JD Byrider is an used auto dealer selling cars that they over charge it’s clients for purchase! They require a large down payment which is illegal by law US 15 1662! I’m not the only customer that has complaints of issues with there vehicle after purchase!!An investigation needs to be done at the business!!

They have no grace. They just announced my job is shutting down. Only working three days out the wk. No grace. Not even for a wk. Payments been on time. No grace. They said they will come pick up my car. I can't ride for free. No grace. Had I known they were so rude and unforgiving, this car would have stayed on the lot. I feel like they set me up to fail.

I want to Xpress JD Byrider sucks because I paid on a car for 3 1/2 years and made every payment they would even call me for the payment because The car is and my fiancé‘s name but they won’t call him for the payment because they would cuss them out and hang up on him so for 3 1/2 years I made those payments they tell me my last payment is $225that was in January 2022 so I make the payment all payments are on my debit card and I have receipts so they tell me they’re gonna have the title sent to them because that’s what I ask... read more

Yes I would like to leave a review. This is my second car purchased through Jd Byrider in Greenville South Carolina my first car I purchased was only late twice on a payment in three years I purchased another car through them this past year and I’m having problems financial problems and they were very ugly I was not even 10 days late with my payment and they threaten to come get my car sent me a letter stating they don’t have a grace period which I understand that but when somebody’s fallen on hard times I can understand whe... read more

Today July 23,2021 j.d. byrider took a payment from my bank account without my permission. I have never been late ever. When I called to ask who authorized a payment. They said I did through text message which is completely false. I was told the general manager Micheal processed my card but he will not call me to let me know why he is lying.
