Danny and the whole finance team really helped me help my family!!! I’m in love with our new suv!!!
If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle from JD byrider in Erlanger. Just don't! You will have vehicle that has more issues then it its worth. Spent additional 10k out of my own pocket fixing vehicle I loan with them. Cringe every time drive by jd byrider lot and just think all the lemon vehicles they re-selling to people just don't know. Protect yourself! You have been warned.
I would put zero stars if I could. They gave no choice in cars . Played my father who can't read well wouldn't let me his reading advocate. I would never go here again do not trust these people. Please go somewhere else protect your family.
